  3. fish oil products are all different, I use the very best omegas when ever I possibly can - exactly wot fish oil brand are you taking to help your health out? is it PGFO or pure grade?? let us all know :)

  4. The main source of omega 3 fatty acids are fish and flax seeds. Recently there are issues of mercury containing in fish, but the pharmaceutical omega 3 products are taken from fish oils after lot of cleaning work and do not have any chances of contain mercury.
